The festival\u2019s theme centres on the history of millet cultivation and the labour legacy of Shyganak Bersiyev, a notable figure in local agricultural heritage. Its purpose is to promote national values and foster the development of agrarian culture. Visitors can enjoy a lively market, concerts, competitions, and tastings of traditional foods.
