{"id":2589,"date":"2026-08-29T10:00:36","date_gmt":"2026-08-29T05:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/event.qaztourism.kz\/?p=2589"},"modified":"2026-08-06T14:51:20","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T09:51:20","slug":"aq-maya-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/event.qaztourism.kz\/?p=2589&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Shubat fest (\u00abAq Maya\u00bb)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"26\" data-end=\"188\">On <strong data-start=\"29\" data-end=\"47\">29 August 2026<\/strong>, the city of <strong data-start=\"61\" data-end=\"70\">Aktau<\/strong> will host <strong data-start=\"81\" data-end=\"101\">SHUBAT FEST 2026<\/strong>, Kazakhstan\u2019s first national festival dedicated to <strong data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"163\">shubat<\/strong> and camel milk products.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"190\" data-end=\"390\">The festival aims to promote shubat as a national gastronomic brand, support local producers, encourage the consumption of traditional dairy products, and showcase Kazakhstan\u2019s camel farming heritage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"814\">The highlight of the festival will be the <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"463\">Best Shubat of Kazakhstan<\/strong> competition. Winners will be selected based on a combination of public voting, professional jury evaluation, and independent laboratory testing to ensure an objective assessment of product quality and safety. Additional awards will recognise the best camel milk products, including <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"754\">qurt<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"769\">balqaimaq<\/strong>, desserts, ice cream, coffee, and cocktails.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1027\">The festival will bring together farmers, agricultural producers, and camel milk processors from across Kazakhstan.
