The forum is designed to advance the hospitality sector, strengthen international partnerships, and raise service standards across Kazakhstan. Over the course of a 12-hour, content-rich programme, more than 30 speakers from Kazakhstan, the CIS region, and around the world will lead strategic sessions, deliver masterclasses from leading chefs, and host professional discussions on current industry trends. The day will conclude with an industry awards ceremony recognising the best projects in Kazakhstan’s HoReCa sector, a widely used international term referring to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
The programme will run simultaneously across three themed halls, covering the restaurant business, the hotel industry, as well as pastry and bar segments.
The forum will bring together over 1,000 hospitality professionals, including owners and managers of restaurants, cafés, and hotels, chefs and pastry specialists, experts in marketing, human resources, and technology, architects and designers working within the HoReCa sector, as well as investors, suppliers, and representatives of the tourism industry. The event is open both to established market players and to those who are only planning to launch a project in the sector.
